Description

Recycled Concrete Base 3/4″ Minus is crushed, reclaimed concrete ranging from 3/4″ down to fine particles and dust — a versatile mix that compacts into a rock-solid base for driveways, patios, and heavy-use areas. The blend of larger pieces and fines locks together tightly under compaction, creating a stable foundation that rivals virgin limestone base at a lower cost. A smart, sustainable choice for anyone building a strong sub-base without the new-material price tg.

WHY CHOOSE RECYCLED CONCRETE BASE

  • Compacts into a solid, long-lasting base
  • More affordable than virgin limestone or granite base
  • Eco-friendly — made from reclaimed, crushed concrete
  • Excellent drainage compared to solid concrete or asphalt
  • Versatile enough for base work or as a standalone driveway surface
  • Locks tight, reducing rutting and shifting over time

BEST USES

  • Driveway base and sub-base layers
  • Parking area and equipment pad bases
  • Patio and paver base prep
  • Building pad and shed foundation base
  • Standalone driveway surface for a rugged, compacted look

HOW IT’S SOLD

Sold in bulk only by cubic yard.  Also available in 5 gallon buckets (BYOB) and in 1 yard cubic yard super sacks.

INSTALLATION TIP

Spread in 2–4 inch lifts and compact each layer with a plate compactor before adding the next — this builds a much stronger, longer-lasting base than compacting it all at once.
