Why does this matter?
Stone Plus sells bulk products using a 1 cubic yard bucket. Many other companies are selling what the consumer assumes is equal to a cubic yard. What they call a "scoop, a ton, or a bucket full." Which might be much less than a cubic yard. Depending on the bucket size.
What does this mean for you?
There are no regulations on how to sell in bulk. But we know our buckets are exact, because we took the time to measure. Every bucket at Stone Plus has been engineered and fabricated to become a TRUE 1 cubic yard bucket. Precise welded lines inside the bucket are used to measure in 1/4 yard increments if a customer is buying smaller quantities. When you order from Stone Plus you get what you paid for, a precise quantity to complete your job.
