Volume of Purchases
- All contractors get special contractor pricing on every purchase.
- After spending $6,000 — your account gets free delivery for the balance of that year.
- After spending $15,000 — your account gets free delivery that carries over automatically to the next year.
Free delivery applies to the following areas:
Duval, Clay, Flagler, St. Johns, and Volusia County
(North of SR40, East of SR11)

- Free delivery applies only to pre-tax orders over $250.00.
- Does not include forklift truck fees (if applicable) or fuel surcharges when diesel is over $3.00 per gallon.
- Free delivery will be suspended for accounts that are past due.
- Free delivery will resume once the account is current.
- Discounts apply to materials purchased at regular wholesale prices.
- Each year’s discount is based on cumulative wholesale purchases from Jan. 1 – Dec. 31 of the prior year.
- The Annual Volume Discount Plan is subject to change without notice.
